Two things Walla has that we don't, and they're worth naming plainly. Two-way texting — Walla bundles it on Pro or sells it at $100/month; we send email only. And lead management: lead tracking, scoring and automated nurture for prospects who haven't booked yet. If converting cold enquiries is a job someone at your studio does daily, that tooling is real and we don't match it.
If you want a vendor who does the work for you — a dedicated success partner at $999/month, managed Google and Meta ads — Walla prices that openly and delivers it. That's a service business, and a legitimate reason to choose them.
Everything else people assume you'd have to give up, you don't. Newsletters, scheduled campaigns and automated member journeys are included here at no extra cost. A branded app is a $99/month add-on with no build fee (planned for Q3 2026), against Walla's $149/month plus $500. A website we'll build through our own design studio, ORVA Design. Unlimited members, staff and locations on one flat fee.
And we're not only for small studios. Nothing in StudioBook caps members, classes, instructors or locations, and the price doesn't move when any of them grows — which means the larger your studio, the better this compares. What we don't have is a sales process that requires you to be large before we'll talk to you.
