Pricing FAQ
Pricing questions, answered.
Do you really not charge per member?
Correct. $69/month is the entire StudioBook bill. Unlimited members, unlimited classes, unlimited bookings. The only fees you'll see beyond that are Stripe's standard payment-processing rates, and those go directly to Stripe.
Do you take a cut of bookings or payments?
No. Money goes from your members directly into your own Stripe Connect account, then to your bank. StudioBook never touches the funds, and we never take a percentage of anything you sell.
What's in the 30-day trial?
Everything. The trial isn't a stripped-down version — you get the full product, can publish a real schedule, take real bookings, and onboard your members. No credit card is required to start.
What if I want to cancel?
You cancel from your account page in two clicks. No phone call, no retention team, no exit interview.
Does $69 include sales tax?
Prices are shown pre-tax. If your state taxes SaaS and we're registered there, state sales tax is added at Stripe Checkout — it's just passed through, not a markup. Most states don't tax pure SaaS for B2B.
Do I have to pay extra to migrate from another platform?
No. Migration help is included in the $69/month — we'll work with you to import members, classes, and existing memberships from Mindbody, Acuity, or whatever you're using today.
