Why StudioBook exists

Software that treats a small studio like it matters

We started StudioBook with one conviction: running a studio should feel effortless — and help it grow — no matter how small it is.

The honest reason

The tools got big. Studios stayed small

Booking software for studios kept getting more expensive, more complicated and more distant. The biggest players now optimize for large gym chains — Mindbody is part of a $7.5B fitness conglomerate after its 2026 EGYM merger — while the independent yoga, pilates, dance and martial-arts studios that started on those tools became a rounding error.

StudioBook is the opposite bet: one honest price with everything included, built for the studio with 30 to 300 members — not the 50-employee franchise. No investors pushing us upmarket, no marketplace competing with our own customers.

What we stand for

Four promises we don't bend on

Fair, flat pricing

One price with every feature in it. No per-member fees, no commission on your bookings, no add-ons for things you assumed were included.

Everything included

Scheduling, payments, memberships, marketing, analytics — the whole studio in one place, on the same bill, from day one.

Your money stays yours

Members pay straight into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money, and your account comes with you if you ever leave.

Built with you

The most useful things we ship usually start as a message from a studio owner. Tell us what's missing and there's a real chance it's live that week.

Who's behind it

Independent, on purpose

StudioBook is built and run by a small, independent team in Germany, for studios across the US, the DACH region and Portugal. No parent conglomerate, no outside pressure to grow the wrong way — just a product we keep sharpening for the studios that use it. When you write to us, you reach the people who actually build it.

StudioBook is built by ORVA, the team that rebuilds underperforming small-business websites so they actually get found — in search and in AI answers. Booking is the part we grew into its own product, and the two plug straight into each other.
