Der Kurs bietet wie all unsere Kurse die Möglichkeit, sich im Team auszupowern und die eigene Leistungsfähigkeit zu steigern.
Wir bieten ein Training für alle Altersklassen und Niveaus an und jeder kann mitmachen, da alles individuell anpassbar ist.

Der Kurs wird bei gutem Wetter im unteren Luisenpark stattfinden. Wir treffen uns dafür an den Fahrradständern beim alten Eingang zum Luisenpark auf Höhe der Bassermannstraße 68. Dort kannst du parken und dann einfach die Treppen runter gehen und dann rechts siehst du uns schon. Falls das Wetter nicht gut sein sollte, dann würden wir uns unter der Friedrich Eber Brücke auf de Seite des Uniklinikums treffen. Man kann hier bei der Heinrich-Lanz Schule parken (Hermann-Heimerich Ufer 10).

Eine Rückerstattung der gebuchten Kurseinheit bei eigener Absage ist bis 12 Stunden vor Kursbeginn möglich.

Euer Coach vor Ort wird dienstags und donnerstags Tobias (015906310485) und sonntags Tobias oder Simon (017620329602) sein

Like all our courses, this one offers the opportunity to work out in a team and improve your own performance and fitness.
We offer training for all ages and levels and everyone can join, as everything can be adjusted to the individual's needs.

The course will take place in good weather at the Untere Luisenpark. We will meet close to the old entrance of the Luisenpark. You can navigate to Bassermannstraße 68 and then park there and then go down the stairs and if you turn right you see some space for bikes and we will meet there. If it is not going to be good weather or raining we will meet under the Friedrich Ebert Bridge on the side of the Uniklinik. You can park at the Heinrich Lanz Schule (Hermann-Heimerich Ufer 10).

A refund of the course unit if you cancel the booked unit is possible up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
